Here is what we do, and don't do, relative to the advertising service provided.

• DocuGraphics will correct any error made by DocuGraphics on any advertisement, at no cost to the advertiser. In no case will DocuGraphics be held liable for more than the cost of the advertisement.


• DocuGraphics does not warrant that information provided by a vehicle owner is correct.


• Docugraphics is not responsible or liable for any actions taken by users of "Yesterdays-Cars.com" (referred to as the "web site" in the remaining legalese) as a result of viewing material on the web site. Each user of the web site agrees to rely solely to the vehicle owner for any warranty, guarantee or other claim regarding any vehicle.


• Docugraphics shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the web site.


• Any material provided by an advertiser that is deemed to be unsuitable(i.e. embarrassing, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, etc.) will not be published. Should something of this nature get published, it will be removed.


• DocuGraphics is not responsible for events which are beyond its control including (but not limited to) browser problems, Internet connect problems, network down times.
